Tiene completa independencia de la parte de adelante, ya que se ingresa por el costado de la casa, tiene baño privado, sala de estar, cocina y una galería con vista al jardín y a la piscina. El alojamiento es muy amplio y luminoso, con una gran cantidad de cuadros con pinturas y dibujos, ya que soy artista plástica. Esta es una zona ideal en Mendoza, ya que es más tranquila que la ciudad y es más fresca, lo que permite descansar del calor mendocino.
