Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Nella via perpendicolare, ha sede il rinomato Tennis Club Alberto Bonacossa, per gli amanti dello sport. La vicinanza di viale certosa, garantisce un facile ingresso alla città attraverso le tangenziali per chi si sposa con la propria autovettura.
