This is an apartment of 60 sq.m. on the 5th floor, by the sea, bright, comfortable and airy. It has 2 balconies with panoramic view to the sea, thermal springs and Geraneia mountain. There is a bedroom, a dining room and a living room with sofa/double bed. Renovated in May 2020 with modern furniture in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 20 meters from the beach. 160 meters from spa, and 500 meters from Loutraki center. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
