La baita può essere goduta per il fascino del suo panorama e per la sua tranquillità appartata tra i prati soleggiati, oppure come base per escursioni, a piedi in estate o con le racchette da neve o gli sci in inverno. 18th C Rascard in Gran Paradiso National Park

Original 18th C chalet, called "Rascard" locally, an authentic antique farm house, completely modernised and refurbished, preserving much of the original wooden structure and antique beams. Situated in small village Tignet, 1650m, part of the Gran Paradiso National Park, built on a spur with a wonderful view overlooking the Valsavarenche valley, the Savara river and mountain peaks and a waterfall on the left. The house balcony faces north with sun all day. Car parking space 50m from the chalet.

Accesso a piedi da un sentiero lungo 200 mt, posizione meravigliosa ai margini del bosco con vista sul Monte Bianco, senza abitazioni nelle vicinanze. Piccolo ma accogliente, arredato artigianalmente in stile baita, sfruttando al meglio gli spazi. Riscaldamento autonomo. 1 letto matrimoniale + 1 divano letto per terzo ospite. Inserita nello splendido contesto naturale del Tracciolino, a pochi minuti (20 min ) dalla citta’di Biella e vicino al sentiero che conduce al Santuario di Oropa, è allocata la Baita. Raggiungibile anche in macchina, per mezzo di una strada privata. Circondata da prati, posta a ridosso di un area boschiva pertinente ad essa ed un ruscello che allieta anche col suono del suo scorrere. La casa è composta da tre camere, soggiorno con divano (letto) e camino, cucina e bagno con doccia.
