Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Immersa nella natura ma a meno di 10 km dal centro di Aosta, la Maison d'Avie vi offre la possibilità di soggiornare in totale tranquillità. La Maison è consigliata a chi vuole rilassarsi o visitare Aosta e a chi pratica sport: escursionismo, ciclismo e sci. Il bilocale recentemente arredato è composto da: soggiorno con divano letto, TV, cucina, camera matrimoniale, ampio bagno con bidet e doccia spaziosa. On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Ce chalet privatif et confortable est idéal pour se reposer en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur le Valais et la chaîne du Haut-De-Cry. La terrasse permet de profiter du jardin fleuri. Vous pourriez y bronzer, organiser un barbecue ou encore faire du yoga. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, cet endroit sera votre point de départ pour de magnifiques balades à pieds, vélo. Les remontées mécaniques ou bains thermaux se trouvent à 5 mins en voiture.

In summer you can dedicate yourself to beautiful walks, hiking in the mountains or to your relax In the stillness of this Pretty house. In winter, the view is tinged with white and in your warm house you will enjoy the falling snow, or dedicate to cross country skiing or alpine in the small facility located a two kilometers from home. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
