**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. The 3300 sq. ft. cabin sleeps 9 in bedrooms, and another 2 downstairs on fold-out beds. The spacious three-level home offers a pool table, 3 indoor gas fireplaces, an outdoor propane fireplace, a horseshoe pit, and a trampoline. There are excellent views, sunsets, and bird-watching from the two large decks and patios.

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Loa's Farm For Everyone close to Capitol Reef

We hope you enjoy our space. We provide you with oatmeal and farm fresh eggs, as the hens see fit. There is private entrance to a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom all private. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.
