Situata in posizione strategica per affrontare percorsi ciclistici e con un accesso diretto sulle piste da sci del Centro fondo di Festiona. Adatto a chi deve lavorare in smart working grazie a una connessione internet veloce. Sono ammessi animali domestici e non è consentito fumare.
