La entrada en la cocina, nueva y moderna, abre luego al gran salón con dos grandes puertas ventanas al exterior, y luego al dormitorio con baño al interior, con ducha. El edificio es de dos plantas (con un apartamento en cada una), más la terraza comunitaria con unas maravillosas vistas a la iglesia del Salvador. El edificio y el apartamento han sido recientemente restaurados respetando los elementos originales. Newly Renovated, Chic Apartment Near Santa Catalina

This year (December 2015) we have completed a full renovation of this apartment. Absolutely EVERYTHING is NEW! Carefully designed, with your comfort and convenience in mind. Tasteful shabby-chic decor giving a comfortable, functional and pleasant ambience. Usable space of 30m2 fully equipped with central hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Layout is open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa, dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m). Lovely bathroom completed with a walk in shower. A washing machine in a build-cupboard. Bed made with fresh linens. Towels are provided. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. You will love preparing your favourite home cooked meals in the newly remodelled kitchen with lovely oak worktop and fantastic appliances. Fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee and teapot, kettle, toaster, juicer, cooking pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. After dinner feel free to choose a movie from DVDs collection or simply watch TV and spread out on the large comfy sofa. If you need to keep up with work during stay, just bring your laptop to use the free super fast WiFi. For couples with children we have a travel cot and high chair. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the apartment. Free wifi. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to England in 2003. After few years living in London, moved and currently located in Brighton from where I manage bookings and take care of our holiday rental properties. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. Normally my lovely father, Mario, is the one who greet and meet you at the building door. If he can't make it we have a fantastic group of assistance! We are always happy to help our guests with any enquiries about Seville and will make our best to make a very pleasant and welcome stay. We work with an excellent maintenance company in case we need to take care of any emergencies or repairs that you mind find needed. Discover Seville from this quiet street. Try the Santa Catalina and Puerta Osario areas, La Pila del Pato, the market of La Encarnacion and Calle Regina, full of little cafes and interesting shops. A must see, Flamenco, is also nearby. The apartment is located at the centre of the city, in "Casco Antiguo", walking distance to the main attractions of Seville, monuments, museums, restaurants, tapas bar, flamenco shows... No car needed, but if you drive we do have a public parking a 5 minutes walk from the property. Excellent connections to public transport: bus, metro, train and taxi. Just 10 minutes walk from Santa Justa railway station, ideal for excursions to Córdoba, Granada, Cadiz and Malaga. Also very near to Plaza Ponce de Leon, an urban transport hub of the city.

Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk.
