It also far enough from town to only be 5 minutes from hiking, fishing and swimming at Amistad Reservoir. A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Almost Home Wildlife Oasis is a small ranch near the San Felipe Creek, located between Laughlin AFB and central Del Rio. This brand-new cabin has a spa-like feel for a relaxing getaway. The exterior includes a fire pit, grill, and a stock tank cowboy pool. With walking trails in which you'll see deer, rabbits, roadrunners, and some wonderful farm animals right outside the cabin, you'll fall in love with this unique Del Rio experience! (No outside animals allowed due to wildlife.)
