There is one queen size bed downstairs in an open floor plan, another queen bed upstairs in bedroom 1, and two twin beds in bedroom 2. There is a washer/dryer unit, propane fireplace, and private back deck with views of gardens and woodlands. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river, ending at Smith college.

Relax in our bright, very spacious, and quiet loft, on six open acres. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

Large Quirky Sunny Farmhouse Apartment

The apartment is spacious, bright, and sunny. Full of charming and quirky old details like original windows, hardwood floors, and not many right angles. Definitely not a vanilla box. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. It is steep by contemporary standards and the tread depths are all a little wonky.

Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
