Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. Located just 50 metres from Wivenhoe Dry Dock within a stones throw to the river. Oyster Reach is a ground floor apartment, with private parking right outside (rare in Wivenhoe). It’s just been fully refurbished and boasts a beautiful large master bedroom, kitchen dinner with bio fire “log burner” in the living room. If you want to work there is a second bedroom that is set up for an office/home working. Close to the hustle and bustle of Wivenhoe but tucked away in Mulberry Harbour Way.

Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. There is a smartTV as well as WiFi.
