The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Your own beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath (700 sqft) on quiet street in bustling downtown Beaverton. Washer/dryer in unit with 2 off street parking spots and lots of street parking. Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down.

Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Please note that there is no TV :-)

Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!
