Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

Zwischen Apfelbäumen und Weinreben, auf einem Schuttkegel liegt Gratsch, ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Meran, unweit von Dorf Tirol. Von Gratsch aus beginnt auch der Algunder Waalweg, der besonders im Frühling und im Herbst zu gemütlichen Wanderungen einlädt.

Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
