La Marabulla

Las mejores vistas de Ronda a un paso de la ciudad. La Marabulla es una finca con 85.000 m2 rodeada de palmeras, encinas y olivos, que se encuentra a sólo 1,5 km del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Cuenta con una casa de 120 m2 distribuidos en dos plantas, jardines, piscina privada con solárium y hamacas, parque infantil, barbacoa, amplio parking y una zona con tarima flotante rodeada de césped y palmeras donde poder relajarse mirando frente por frente la impresionante Cornisa del Tajo.

La casa tiene vistas a la sierra y vistas al Castillo con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado, chimenea, Wifi gratuita, Tv smart tv, toallas, ropa de cama. Mein nagelneues Öko-Haus liegt in einem kleinen Tal inmitten von unberührter Natur ganz in der Nähe des Naturparks unweit von Grazalema und mit vielen Wanderwegen ringsum und in der Nähe des Embalse de Zahara. Beim Bau haben wir auf natürliche und recyclete Materialien gesetzt und Strom liefert die Sonne via Solaranlage. Auf den 3,5 Hektar Land befinden sich hauptsächlich Olivenbäume und von ganz oben hat mein eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Sierra de Grazalema.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. We have our brand of extra virgin olive oil only from this property. There are wild animals such as wild goats, deers, wild boars, foxes, owls, vultures and many more..

La Casita Santo

A charming house in the old center of Ronda.Reformed in 2016, the house which is one of the oldest on the street is situated on one of the oldest streets in Ronda and close to some of the best restaurants in town based on tripadvisor reviews. The house is equipped with a pellet burner and A/C. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom on the middle floor and a sitting area with a view on the upper floor.

Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
