Please inform us before arrival whether the two single beds in the smaller bedroom should be arranged as a double bed for a couple. Balcony for smokers. Raised ground floor, only 7 steps! Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.

Our very large typical berlin style apartments are suitable for up to 8 people in 3 separate rooms. Our apartments are particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Nice evenings together at the large kitchen table are guaranteed. In the living room there is a balcony from which you can see the Schoenhauser Allee. The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator).
