Away from the city hustle and bustle on a 10 acre property only 5 minutes drive to a small village with supermarket, post office, fuel station and cafe. 20 minutes to Lake Hume, Murray River and the large regional city of Albury Wodonga which offers great shopping, dining, cultural and sporting facilities. The hosts live on the property in the main house. we have a friendly Kelpie dog who might bark at your vehicle when you arrive but all he wants is a pat.

Red Box Retreat - Yackandandah

Algona Hideaway is compact and clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. It is attached to the shed at the back of our 2 acre property, and has its own entry. There are 2 single beds, air con and basic kitchen facilities. Plenty of parking and very private. Undercover outdoor area with table & chairs. A two-level studio cottage in a gorgeous, cool climate garden: a perfect getaway for two. Beautifully refurbished. The cottage is self-contained and includes a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue overlooking our Open Gardens Victoria-listed garden. Downstairs is a sitting room, opening to a garden terrace, a separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Beechworth, a historic, 19C, gold-era town, is 4km away.
