Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay. Completely furnished one bedroom apartment! Just a short hour drive North of Kansas City and 20 miles East of Saint Joseph! Located in the quant small town of Stewartsville. Two wineries and a working dairy (Shatto Milk Co.) close by. The bedroom hosts a spacious king size bed, and the living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. This dreamy tiny home is the perfect getaway. Located just 8 miles from the Quilt Town of Hamilton. Featuring a twin size daybed/sofa on the main level and a full size bed in the loft. We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. As we are surrounded by multiple small towns & just a few miles from a couple conservation areas: Emmett and Leah Seat Memorial Conservation Area & The Grand Trace Conservation Area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Single story 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen w/eating area, living room and dining room. This home is within 3-4 blocks of our grocery store, gas station/convenience store, local eateries (some seasonal) and city park & pool. There is one parking area in the drive and then additional space for 2-3 vehicles.

A young vineyard planted in 2018, Catawba Vineyards boasts twenty acres of sprawling farmland property and a newly renovated gambrel-style barn to accommodate overnight guests and indoor/outdoor events. There is plenty of countryside to explore as well as farm pond great for fishing about 100 yards from the back door. Great place to experience the country life and get away for a few days.
