We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.
