Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

As you pass from the outside deck into the Cottage's living room you will pass from the 21st century, back in time to a more leisurely mid-20th century Cottage. This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.

Beautiful home built in 2021! Furnished in the style we call "mid-century fiesta" by a local interior designer. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a beautiful third story patio. Mahncke Park is nestled next to Alamo Heights just down the road from DT and many attractions that await you. You have The Pearl District, The Alamo, the famous Riverwalk, Botanical Gardens and many museums. Fully equipped kitchen, two smart TVs, Wifi, keyless entry and parking.

Modern casita tucked away in a charming central neighborhood. Standalone guest house on same property as the hosts' house. Uniquely designed and inspired by San Antonio featuring a collection of local art and curated books. Stellar location off Broadway! Quiet and private, yet walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, local bookshop, Central Market, and parks. 10-minute drive to historic Pearl, Breckenridge Park, museums, downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, and the airport.

The Classy Comfy Convenient Suite

This classy cozy suite is conveniently located in the North central part of San Antonio. A quick 10 minute ride from the airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown, 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas. There is also some delicious authentic Tex-Mex restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea from our Keurig, and take a walk to the Olympia city park (which is a 5-7 min walk from the house). The unit is ~250 sq ft of space, perfect for an individual or a couple.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Take a walk in the beautiful Monte Vista historical neighborhood that we are located in. We are centrally located in beautiful San Antonio!
