There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. Beautiful pond cabin on a secluded dirt road along the popular route to 30A beaches. Fishing available from shore and the property includes a small boat launch, fire pit, porch swing, rocking chairs, grill, and picnic tables.
