Ess-und Küchenbereich sind der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kochfeld, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, elektrischer Wasserkocher und Toaster sind selbstverständlich. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Wäsche-Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, Küche, Bad und seperate Toilette. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock. Es wird 1x Einzelzimmer, 1x Doppelzimmer und 1x Dreibettzimmer vermietet. Die geräumige Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit den Basics bestückt. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden und Grill ist auch vorhanden. Das Nebengebäude ist privat. Die Sonnenterrasse kann benutzt werden. Hinter dem Nebebengebäude ist ein Holzschuppen, indem ist der Grill, Spielsachen und die Sitzkissen.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Ruhig gelegen bietet es sich fabelhaft zur Entspannung an, ist allerdings auch der perfekte Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen, Nordic-Walking und Mountainbike Touren. Eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Liegewiese ermöglicht es dir deinen ereignisreichen Tag bei einem Gläschen Wein in romantischer Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen.

Im Haus ist das Flair der 50er Jahren erhalten. Es ist idyllisch gelegen, umgeben von Grün und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.
