Stand alone sunny one-off tiny home with tongue and groove flooring and veranda. Positioned between the main house and garage with adjacent parking. Generous bathroom with gas hot water. Well appointed kitchenette with all the basics but no oven. Help yourself to lemons and fresh greens from the garden. BBQ and fish filleting table available by request. Hilltop apartment & farm stay visit

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for family holidays, romantic get-aways or a worker's retreat. The apartment is set on the north end of our family home, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry. The top bunk is for light-weight persons only & because this is a working farm, the flat is not suitable for unattended children.

The Bach at Perehipe - 5 minutes walk to beach

Spectacular views! No cleaning fees. No Pets. Relax and enjoy our Classic Kiwi Bach. Fully fenced, down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk in gorgeous native bush to a lovely safe swimming beach. Or drive right to beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming and paddleboarding etc. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at the beach.

Villa Vera

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Villa Vera is a five minute walk to the corner store, Drift cafe', the bottle shop and Bidz takeaways. You have a five minute drive to the lovely 18 hole golf course with ocean views and a two minute walk for views of the incredible 90 Mile Beach. Within a ten minute drive is Foreshore Road beach and Shipwreck Bay, one of New Zealand's best surf breaks, and to the north is a 4wd vehicle access to the 90 Mile Beach.

Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfy single bed . Breakfast prep corner. Toilet & shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance & will be shared with any other guests occupying the other larger Cabin . Parking area. Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans, double sink to wash up. The Internet is available in this area not inside the Hut. There’s some instant coffee, tea black& herbal , instant soup in the Hut.
