Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla con una meravigliosa vista mare a solo 5 min dalla spiaggia, 5 min da Budoni , 10 da Santeodoro e a circa 20 min dall’aereoporto Costa Smeralda di Olbia. Nel borgo è possibile fare le spese giornaliere. La casa é situata su due piani. Piano terra con cucina soggiorno e veranda, primo piano con due camere matrimoniali e bagno. Parcheggio privato incluso.
