Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
