The house is fully renovated and stylishly decorated. The house is a semi-basement with much sun light. The window of the house overlooks the square and there are coffee shops, supermarket, a laundry service, a bakery and many other shops. Also there are near Alsos Pangratiou, Panatheatic stadium-Kallimarmaro. Throught the Zappeio Park, Syntagma, Acropolis can be reached on foot in 27 minutes. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
