Villa Spilia is one of the most dramatic and unique homes in Naxos. Spilia (means cave in Greek) is a stone villa built into the mountain in one of the most sought after and private areas of Naxos. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea, and neighboring islands make this a perfect and peaceful vacation retreat. The modern single floor design has a large bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a guest room with a separate bathroom. Garden and pool can be accessed from both bedrooms.

50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
