Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Barndominium - 10 minutes from Seneca Lake

Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill & stake-grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Pearl's Place in heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
