An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay... Sofia's Garden cottage is located 1 km from the center of Ulcinj. Nearest beach is Valdanos, 2km. Very quite place,surrounded with olives. We have a free WiFi, a parking garage, big garden, outdoor dinning area. Chirping of birds in the morning is so relaxing... you will see there cows and sheeps aroud. Our small cottage is very peaceful, its 90% handmade by the owner. Check in time after 11:00. Private house located in rrjoll just 500 meter from beach , air conditioner in all rooms , peacefull and quiet with private yard for free parking with shadow, barbeque zone for you and your familly and a relaxing place in yard. The house it have kitchen , tv room , two bedrooms, one bathroom, one it is with a double bed and the other one with two single beds plus one sofa which it can open. It have two balconies with nice view.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
