Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

This is our family home, the house that I was born and raised in 73 years ago. Built by my parents in 1941, it has a beautiful back yard with a year round flowing stream with a footbridge, a couple of buildings that were a horse barn and playhouse from my youth, and even an old mill dam. Located just a few minutes to shopping (Grocery, Pharmacy etc) & the local hospital. Within 25 minutes to Okemo, and several other ski areas are within an hours drive! Tinys place is a comfortable, open concept, 3 bedroom home. Centrally located in Acworth, NH and about 30 minutes from Bellows Falls, VT; Claremont, NH; Keene, NH and 20 minutes from Walpole, NH. At night enjoy gazing at the clear sky without the lights of large cities interfering, find all the constellations, and catch a falling star.

There are plenty of rafts, a paddle boat,kayaks and canoe on site for your use or bring your own boat to the public boat launch right on the lake and park on our dock
