Studio complètement rénové, situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Idéal pour 2 personnes, ce grand studio peut toutefois accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes grâce à un lit complémentaire sur la mezzanine. Il est proche de la vielle ville de Conflans avec tous les commerces à proximité. Des parkings sont disponibles en face sur les quais. L’échelle d'accès au lit de la mezzanine est assez étroite et nécessite une certaine souplesse, il n'y a pas de barrières elle n'est pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants.

La gare de Maisons-Laffitte permet de rejoindre La Défense (13') et Paris :Etoile (17'), Auber (21'), Châtelet (24'), Gare de Lyon (27') et Disneyland (1h05) en direct.
