We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy Brick House is located just off Interstate 69 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This two bedroom, one bath will provide you with a multitude of amenities.
