Built in 1893 the property has been lovingly transformed into a luxury contemporary holiday apartment which oozes character and charm. Once inside, the rooms are all on one level. There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. The cottage is situated in a conservation area of Smalldale in the rolling hills of Bradwell, Hope Valley, Peak District National Park. The village and surrounding areas are breathtaking. Castleton is a 30 minute walk away or 5 minute car drive where you will find the infamous Mam Tor and Great Ridge. We guarantee a lot of R and R!
