Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Located just minutes from Avera St. Luke’s Hospital and a few blocks from Caribou Coffee and Kessler’s grocery store, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Keep an eye out for friendly bunnies in the backyard! Off-street parking and garage access are available. We can’t wait to make your stay exceptional! Pets are not allowed at this property.

Downtown getaway, new! 2nd floor, no elevator.

This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

Bunkhouse on the Prairie

Enjoy a peaceful countryside stay at our working family ranch. The bunkhouse has separate parking and entrance from the main house. The one bedroom features a king size bed and a pullout couch located in the main living space. The kitchenette includes a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and blow dryer. Full heat/AC and wifi. The bunkhouse is attached to our garage but completely separate from our house.

Melrose Central

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.

Lake View Escape

Enjoy a spacious getaway on Mina Lake. Beautiful lakeview to your east and natural prairie to your north. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is located on the northwest side of Mina Lake. Little boat traffic, great for swimming, fishing or ice fishing. There is walk-out access to the lake. Just a few miles from public hunting grounds. Only 14 miles from Aberdeen, and 17 miles from Ipswich. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
