My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Stay in an authentic Haussmannian apartment renovated in 2020 by a designer in a quiet and secure building. 1200 square feet ideally located in the center of Paris. Walking distance from the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier, Centre Pompidou... Lighty and airy, fully equipped : fiber broadband, Nespresso machine, comfortable duvets. King size beds are made upon arrival. I take care of bed and bathroom linen. I'm always looking forward to hosting great people.

Our small atelier d'artiste, a studio, 230 square feet, is on the ground floor of a charming, and quiet, old cobbled courtyard. With its traditional metal and glass facade, it benefits from unusually high ceilings of over 3 meters. Kitchen just renovated & entire studio repainted January 2019. With a double bed, (140cm x 190cm) immaculate white-tiled bathroom, shower, toilet, sink and heated towel racks. A unique property for unique guests.

Opera - Spacious & cosy 51m2 in the heart of Paris

Our apartment is perfectly located in a lively neighborhood, 5 min away from the monuments (Garnier Opera), museums (Musée Grévin) and shopping malls (Galeries Lafayette & Printemps). Le Louvre museum is just 1500 meters away, 18 min by walk and you will walk across the “Little Japan” of Paris with all the most authentic Japanese, Korean restaurants on your way. Mais cet effort physique sera amplement récompensé par la situation la plus imprenable qu’il soit: D’un côté 3 balcons donnant sur tous les monuments de Paris (la Tour Eiffel, l’Arc de Triomphe, le Panthéon, la tour Montparnasse, le musée d’Orsay, Beaubourg…) De l’autre côté de cet appartement entièrement traversant, la vue sur le Sacré Coeur, d’où le nom de tour céleste!
