Eiffel Tower Cosy home, 25m2, Commerce Paris 15th

My place was compnetely remodel in march 2021. Everything is quiet New. My appartement is 25m2. it s composed with a living/ kitchen fully equiped. Than the stairs will lead you downstairs in the bedroom part. My sofa bed is also brain New with a great mattress of 160cm X 200cm, very easy to open. Than next to the bed, shower room + sink. Than WC room, please be carrefull with my wc, do kot put too much toilet paper, no plastic, nothing else than the toilet paper at your disposal should be drop

L'appartement est au 2è ét. (=1er aux USA) sans ascenseur d'un immeuble au coeur de Montmartre, dans une petite rue qui mène directement au Sacré-Coeur. Votre chambre offre une vue sur Paris, la salle d'eau est commune. La station de métro est à 1 mn de l'immeuble. Montmartre est un quartier très vivant, typique de la vie parisienne. On y trouve tous les commerces de la vie quotidienne. On peut aller facilement au centre de Paris en metro ou à pied. C'est encore un peu le Paris d'autrefois.

A votre disposition un étage de 40m² dans un duplex de 104m² situé au 4ème et dernier étage à Antony. Votre espace est composé d'une buanderie, d'un salon marocain avec bar, mini frigidaire, machine Nespresso, micro-ondes..etc, d'une terrasse de 30m² et d'une pièce nuit dans laquelle se trouvent 2 canapés lit de 2 places. A noter; la cuisine n'est pas partagée. Draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis. L'appartement est situé à 2 minutes du RER B Parc De Sceaux et à 20 minutes de Paris.
