We’ll also collect cuttings and weeds to take back with us for their pony friends (in season only). You will learn about wild plants and trees and how they benefit the ponies diet, plus more about pony care and behaviour. We will finish the walk back at the pony field where you will brush their coats and manes and tails, while the ponies tuck into their lunch. You can meet their next door neighbours the donkeys and the other animals at the field too. You will really get to know the ponies as individuals and see their different characters and personalities. With a calm and gentle approach, it won’t take long before they are queuing up for a scratch from you. Other things to note This is a leisurely walk that is perfect for animal lovers. We'll meet at our farm for an initial introduction. Next we'll walk the grounds and explain the relationship between nature and bees, underlining their importance to the eco system. Then, we'll take you through the equipment needed to practise bee keeping, the main events in the beekeeping year, how we manage the swarming season and extract the golden honey. We'll visit one or two of our apiary sites in the locality, and if weather permits we may open a hive to let you see what the inside of a bee colony looks like. Afterwards, we'll return to the farm and try some honey tasting to help you understand the different types of honey available. A relaxing experience enjoying nature and gaining an appreciation of these beautiful, selfless animals. Once you arrive in Rottingdean, you can either ride back to the Marina along the top of the cliffs on the dedicated bike path or take the off-road coastal trail for a more adventurous experience. Situated on the border of Kent and East Sussex and lucky to have stunning views that look out on a part of the largest area of medieval landscape still existing in Europe, we will welcome you to our home and then introduce you to our alpacas who definitely weren't part of the medieval landscape in this country but who fit right in now! You would never know this view existed unless you visited our private home and small holding. Stroll into our paddock and we will introduce you these inquisitive and cute characters who are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. They also love carrots which you can feed them as well as take lots of photos. We have 16 alpacas ranging in age from 9 months to 20 years old. After hanging out with our alpacas you will be served a delicious and traditional Afternoon Tea in our garden overlooking the paddock, the alpacas and the view. Our tea is all home-made and a lot is home grown, like the cucumbers in your sandwiches and the courgette in your tarts and cake! Other traditional goodies include scones , Victoria sponge & more. Your scrumptious tea is served on vintage china with vases of homegrown flowers from our flower field adding the final touch to your quintessentially English Afternoon Tea experience. The tea is served in our marquee. When you have finished your scrumptious feast you are welcome to walk in our meadow.

Fancy yourself as the next Katniss or Legolas? Well, we have just the thing for you. Our Archery range has a variety of targets including standard, dart board faces and 3D targets for you to shoot at. Seeing our foam Meerkat take an arrow to the face and then get back up ready for another one is a delight to see! The sessions start with a safety brief from a instructor and then we let the arrows fly. Sessions normally start from 10 metres back. However, as the session progresses so does the distance, reaching up to 30 metres. We have standard re-curve bows for the adults and for kids smaller traditional bows. You get to shoot as many arrows as you can in the allotted time. With a large selection of bows, your group can all shoot at the same time. We even finish the session with a mini competition! Other things to note Our venue is an outdoor venue, we do continue our session in most weather conditions.

We will cycle through one of South London's most historical area, where once a church stood as big as Westminster Abbey and a King was crowned. We will see London's only still functioning waterwheel set in a market next to the river and stop for drinks/food at an ancient pub at the ponds of a picturesque English village. Firstly the students choose a painting from my collection (everyone paints the same ) After my initial introduction, we have a practice on an old canvas, when I show you how to use the brushes to create the painting, to get familiar with the materials. We then change to a brand new canvas (20 x 16 inches) and I teach you slowly starting with the sky, and layer by layer to build up the painting till it is finished. I will give everyone all the time needed to produce a painting that will astound yourself and your friends. I can teach anyone to paint. Even if you've only ever painted doors and skirting boards before. The Bob Ross method of painting is simple to understand and the first time you do it, you can get a fantastic result. I supply all the materials needed including plastic aprons, tea and coffees and gentle music! It's a very relaxed atmosphere of having fun while learning to paint. The time limit is not strict as some people need more time, which is no problem, as I believe that this is your day, and if that means more time, its OK with me PLEASE BE AWARE, I will take everyones temperature with my new infra red thermometer. If you have a high temperature YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN US FOR THE PAINTING SESSION. I offer fermentation workshops in Penge / Crystal Palace South London. No experience is required and it's a great way to get messy and create some delicious food such as Korean kimchi or hot sauce. Not only are these foods delicious but they are great for gut health. I offer fun, friendly and informal workshops that present the science of fermentation in an accessible way and demystifies the process. So many people try fermentation at home and make small errors that lead to the whole batch growing mould or slime. This Boob pot workshop is a real giggle, whilst celebrating the female form in all it's glory.. and you take home a wonderfully unique memento of your weekend! We provide everything you need to create your own Boob pot. We use air dry clay that will finish drying at home. But you will take it away carefully packed up and with a little jar of varnish to seal your pot- once fully dry, to protect it from water/moisture. We will show you how to make a base pot that can then be adorned with wonderful lady bumps of all shapes and sizes. You can add freckles, piercings, tattoos, and pubic hair if you fancy. We are now MOBILE so can bring the workshop to you in the comfort of your own Airbnb! We provide everything you need so that you can unwind and enjoy the experience- you will be surprised how relaxing it is handling clay!
