We love kayaking through the Naples canals and the bay shore. It is about $12 per hour, but if you run a little over, they won't charge you extra. They are very sweet and give you recommendations. We advice that you and your party do individual kayaks. Two-people kayaks might lead to a break up/divorce! =P
