Stapleton Road is the best local station in Bristol because it serves Easton and you can use it to get to five important places: 1) Bristol Temple Meads (for onward travel) 2) Bristol Parkway (for onward travel) 3) Clifton Suspension Bridge (get off at Clifton Down) 4) Gloucester Road shopping (the longest independent high street in the UK, get off at Montpelier) 5) Severn Beach (our nearest sea view, with a view of the second Severn Bridge and good walking and cycling routes, get off at Severn Beach) Forgot to mention: the local trains are CHEAP!
