- Although it is an old city an earthquake demolished it in 1427, but Art Nouveau left its mark there. www.turismegarrotxa.com - If you want to go shopping you must go to the center: Carrer Major (Main street) and Sant Rafel street: clothes, shoes, jewelry, pastry, bakery... and the covered market! - There is a bakery called "Can Carbasseres" up in Sant Rafel Street. - Museu dels Sants (Saints Museum): Handmade religious sculptures is an old industry in Olot. Nowadays only survive a few workshops but there is a museum dedicated to that. www.museusants.cat - Parc Nou summer concerts. Every Sunday at 18:30h in the Parc Nou www.olotcultura.cat - Volcà Montsacopa: In the middle of Olot, 15 minutes walk to the top from the center of Olot. You can see the crater, a small church, a full view of Olot and recently started a restaurant on the top. We haven’t been there but the place is great.
