This is a relatively new community centre in downtown Markham that was built when the Pan Am Games were held in Toronto in 2015. It is close to the 407 and has lots of parking around it. The building's triple gymnasium features 12 badminton courts, 6 volleyball, 2 basketball courts, and a 12.5-metre-high (41 ft.) ceiling that meets international BWF and FIVB requirements for height in badminton and volleyball. There is also a 50-metre pool was designed to meet FINA international and Olympic competition standards. Other features include rooms for dance, yoga, and a two-level fitness centre.
