December 2021 We did a short trip to the Yarra Valley between Christmas and New Year and had a wonderful time. We left home at 4:30 am to meet up with the ballooning people. We were taken to an open paddock in Yarra Glen and proceeded to help Georgia, our pilot to prepare the balloon for take off. We were in the air for one hour and it was fantastic. After landing, very gently, we then helped to pack the balloon away. We then were taken back to Balgownie Estate for a champagne breakfast. Photos were taken during our flight by a camera suspended out from the balloon. Georgia airdropped all the photos to our phones free of charge and they were great. The whole experience was very enjoyable and one we would highly recommend.
