A 5-7 min walk (450m) to the Golden Sands Resort Bus Station where you can catch the Rapid Penang bus. Its the main bus company in the state has an extensive route covering the island and mainland. You can take the 101 and 102 to George Town from the bus stop right in front of the resort. Fares for trips start from MYR 1.40 for the first 7km and reach a maximum of MYR 4.
