Keep in mind, Perth City is always hard to find parking spots in and parking fees are often expensive. Driving your car to park at Cannington train station or the shopping center is cheaper, and from there catching train to Perth CBD or Crown Casino only takes from 15-20 minutes. Buses within the CBD are free and come often, so exploring the city is quite convenient.
