A historic entertainment venue in the Sheman Hill neighborhood, Hoyt Sherman Place features a public art gallery and beautifully restored, 1,200 seat performance theater hosting musical and comedic performances. Famous artists such as Jason Isbell, Buddy Guy and Band of Horses have performed here.

The Hoyt Sherman is a beautiful museum that has a theatre with awesome acoustics for musicians, plays, and comedians. If time allows, go a little early to look around.
