Great downtown movie theater that shows "artsy" films, but often mainstream stuff as well. Usually only a few movies at a time. A great stop if you're already going downtown for dinner or drinks.

Always showing a great selection of fine films. Most of the Oscar nominees each year appear at the Fine Arts Theater.
