Our across-the-street neighbors and the most revered winemaker in Virginia. Keep in mind that they don't allow large groups or picnics, but they have great wine and good options for nibbles. Reservations suggested.

When Food & Wine says the wine is good, the wine is GOOD. Also, the grounds are lovely too.

This is the home of the "godfather" of Virginia wine. They take their wine very seriously. They also have a seriously great view. Nice place to spend an afternoon.
