Not necessarily for the food but grab a snack and your overlooking little lake. They also have sup/kayak/and paddle boat rentals here

The gem is a popular spot on the water front downtown. Only open spring to fall, it's a beautiful spot to sit outside and enjoy a great cup of coffee and delicious food.

This is a beautiful spot for lunch with a paved path along the waterfront for a scenic walk or bike ride. I believe there is a place you can rent a paddleboat or Canoe really close to this (you can see the boats from the Cafe - it's right there). You can ask at the Cafe.
