If ambiance is a not a chief concern, then Council Rock Brewery is a great choice. The brewery is located right on route 28 between Cooperstown and Dreams Park The handcrafted beers are delicious and the pub menu has the best burger in town. We also highly recommend the garlic pesto fries with aioli dipping sauce!
