West End hipster vibe. Near to the Botanic Gardens with plenty of great cafes and shops. There's a Tinderbox cafe and Nardini's is also great and does fantastic ice cream. Take a stroll off the main Byres Road though and behold some of the grand architecture on show in the squares and circuses…

Byres Road is just 10 minutes walk away and is at the heart of the Westend, it is full of cafes, bars and boutiques, ice-cream parlours, book shops and even the home of our independent cinema. Explore the independent shops along Great Western Rd and Hyndland as well as the emerging coffee shops…

The unique shops, cafes and bars of Byres Road are a hub of activity. It is well worth exploring the units in the lanes around the area - Otage Lane and Cresswell Lane.
