The Original Cansi House in Bacolod since 1986. Cansi is a soup recipe from bacolod which is made from beef bone marrow and vegetables. The dish traditionally makes use of batuan, anative fruit in the western Visayas region,it adds a rich sour flavour to the dish, making it more delicious and tasty flavor. You can never go wrong with Cansi in anytime of the day though it's best when it's raining.

Cansí is a Filipino beef soup originating from the Western Visayas. It is made with beef shank and bone marrow boiled until gelatinous. It is uniquely slightly soured with fruits like batuan , which is indiginous to the Negros island. Sharyn's is the best Kansi house in Bacolod.

THE Department of Tourism (DOT) in Western Visayas said the inclusion of Sharyn’s Cansi House in the world’s top 50 “street food masters” is a validation that Negros Occidental, especially Bacolod City, really has rich culinary tourism offerings. You can never go wrong with Cansi in anytime of the day (though it's best when it's raining). One bowl is good for 2-3pax. Owner Delia Yanguer said their eatery has been serving customers, including foreign tourists and balikbayans, since 1985. The cansi house is Located at C-58 Capitol Shopping Center, Narra Ave, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental and opens daily from 7:30 am -8pm.
